Cantrell Photography is a friendly and helpful business that works hard to serve its customers. While their website can be tricky to navigate and some issues with missing items occur, they are quick to fix these problems. Customers appreciate their easy and welcoming approach, and some even received discounts. Not the most user friendly website. I seem to have to call annually as something is always missing. But luckily, they are quick to correct/rectify.I don't know if this goes for most school photog businesses, but the quality hasn't changed for the better since I was a student in the 80's. Low lighting, Olan Mills background? I just expected better.
They were so easy to work with and friendly. I was very happy with bith of my my son's school photo experiences. Someone from Cantrell photography even went out of their way to contact me to let me know I was eligible for a discount based on my order and immediately reimbursed me.
