There is not even an email to contact this company. The website is super glitchy and won’t work trying to order with your phone, and even with a desktop it’s not reliable. Also, the paper order form they pass out at school versus the available packages and pricing on their website do not correlate at all. I was charged twice since there was constantly an error trying to submit the payment online. The money was deducted

If I can give this place negative stars I would. They take my child's school photos and they're absolutely the worse quality pictures ever. They don't airbrush, there is no editing. The pictures come out dark as hell. I just downloaded my child's spring photos and she had food stuck in her teeth and the photographer just took the photo without a care or even telling my child. As a parent, I'm not there at the school to make sure my kid looks good for her picture. My expectation is that the adults who are there during the session will help the children look their best. I am so disappointed and upset that all of the school pictures that this company has done for this school are complete garbage. No effort is put into making these pictures nice at all. I wouldn't be surprised if the camera they use is low quality bc I just don't understand how you take such crappy pictures. They would be better off using an iPhone or android and editing off of that. Waste of money- never buying pictures from them again. Also their website is complete garbage also. I couldn't even place my order on their website- the package goes to the shopping cart and just stays there. When I tried to download the pictures last night- the site was completely down and I used a few different browsers. I downloaded them today and they didn't even download easily to my phone- they downloaded on a Zip drive. The site is so old and outdated. Schools should contract them as photographers. They do not provide quality pictures or service.

Not the most user friendly website. I seem to have to call annually as something is always missing. But luckily, they are quick to correct/rectify.I don't know if this goes for most school photog businesses, but the quality hasn't changed for the better since I was a student in the 80's. Low lighting, Olan Mills background? I just expected better.
