Prestige Roofing provided the quickest response, time to start, attention to detail, and professionalism. Francisco, the owner, was a very knowledgeable, responsive, and kind person who addressed any questions I had. Boral clay tiles were installed and elevated the looks and longevity of the house. We couldn't be more satisfied and grateful for the repair work that Prestige Roofing (in Fullerton, not the other one in Santa Ana or Orange) had done. Francisco came to give me an estimate for 2 roof leaks which was reasonable, scheduled the repair within a few days. The crew members, Pascual and I believe Elmer, came on time and worked diligently, professionally and efficiently. They also cleaned all debris and broken roof tiles. They gave me one year warranty to roof repair areas, very reassuring. At the end, Ariel came to take complete pictures of the entire roof using the drone. We are impressed with the quality of work, efficiency, professionalism, timeliness and pleasantness of all Prestige Roofing staff. Thank you Francisco, Ariel and all crew members for a job well done!
I am so so so thankful that I found prestige roofing!!! Due to insurance issues, I was asked to replace my roof within 3 weeks. Ariel was able to get us the building permit in 2 days and Francisco and his team came out and completed everything (removing three layers of roofing material and wood and replacing the roof) in 5 days! I never met Francisco myself but my husband and parents only had great things to say about him- "honest, knowledgeable, and funny man who is extremely professional in his work". He is also extremely patient, explaining to my husband why he recommended certain things to be fixed. His team of workers were also very pleasant people- always greeting with me with "good morning" and "hi" when I see them. They were also super on top of cleaning everything throughout the day. And as far as I can tell craftsmanship is excellent! Besides the amazing work on the roof, I also wanted to thank Ariel, Arriana, and the building contractor Lorenzo. They worked so efficiently to help me get an inspection report and roof certification that my insurance co needed (Lorenzo was able to do the inspection and write a report within 48 hours). And I'm grateful that Ariel was so patient with me.. he was the main person setting up the permit, organizing the roofer and inspector to come, and taking care of invoices... I texted him SO much and he always remained pleasant and helpful! Oh lastly, pricing wise, I think out of the 4-5 roofing company that came out to look at the roof only one other company gave me a lower quote but I decided to go with Francisco bc of the Yelp reviews. Overall, I highly recommend prestige roofing！
