Celia went above & beyond to save Valentine’s Day. She was very friendly and resolved an issue with From You Flowers. The flowers were not delivered on Valentine’s Day as promised. She spoke with the reps and remade the flowers so quickly and with a smile. She exhibited a level of customer service that is so rare and very appreciated. Thank you Celia!
