5/5 Stars - These guys are the real deal. After some bad wind damage, my insurance was a nightmare, denying my claim and even suggesting illegal repairs. Zinc Roofing stuck with me for the long haul, helping me through a ton of resistance until we finally got it approved, even after I had to bring in Fresno inspectors to call out the insurance company's BS. Stephen, Benny, Brianne, and Alyssa were all incredibly transparent and reasonable throughout the whole process. I’m a low-maintenance client who never files claims, so I really appreciated having a team that actually had my back when my insurance was being difficult. I can't recommend them enough!
My A/C unit decided it was too hot and didn’t want to work today I called Zinc and they sent Sebastian out to check it out he climbed on the roof and in 10 minutes it started up and began working to cool off the house again. If you need roofing or a/c repair or even general construction I can even explain how much I highly recommend Zinc they are wonderful and the staff is very polite and professional
The technicians from Zinc Roofing completed two tasks on my roof. One we had them install a Velux “Solar Tube” skylight to illuminate a previous dark hallway, (something that I’ve wanted to do for years). And they sealed our patio cover that had an ill conceived cover/coating on it that has been problematic for years. The work performed exceeded my expectations on both procedure. Zinc Roofing will be my “go to” roofing company for future projects.
