My tech has provided me with excellent service for years, ever since i quit Terminix. He’s responsive, answers my questions, and responds to text questions. He addresses any special requests. I follow his instructions for cleanliness and maintenance, and I’ve never had to call for service in addition to my regular appointments.

My Western Exterminator representative always lets me know when he’s on his way so I can pick up all my Animal dishes that are outside and make sure my pets are all in the house. He is always polite and listens to my questions and what I have to say/ask and does a thorough job.
