I had a deva-cut scheduled at Jia's Salon that my hair stylist did not show up for last Friday. It was a stroke of luck because I really wanted to get my hair done so I searched for salons in Fresno that specialized in multi-ethnic/curly/or AA hair and I came across Hair Whipped (or something similar) whose address should have been next door to Velma's salon but it was no where to be found. I walked into Velma salon to ask if they knew where the other salon was and ended up getting my naturally curly hair cut here at Velma's by a hair stylist named Tracy.
