Start with you don't work for Trinity, you work for Prime.Trinity only signs your check. Drivers are not Trinitys number 1 priority, Prime is.Forget what Trinitys add says, you will go to NJ. You will not receive detention & layover pay, Trinity gets it and warehouses you del to will be long load & unload times. Terminal is located in Fresno, you can not take your personal vehicle to their yard. Getting too & from terminal you'll have to take a bus, train, or find a ride. Don't ever be late on del load, Prime won't except your reason . If you have a problem with Prime you'll be gone and Trinity won't have your back. Your loads will be east of the Mississippi River.
I want to say we had a good experience, but I can't. They will tell you all the things you would expect a reliable company to say, such as we should have you panels any day, then 2-3 months later there is no call or anything. We called them and the would keep blowing us off. Then I asked what if we have cash instead of financing, and was told we can get them right away. I don't think we were overtly charged more for our panels but took over 6 months AFTER signing the contract. They lied to me over the phone. They would tell me everything is good for inspection, then I would watch to our cameras and the city inspector said, "I told you last time this need to be done differently." (Not a direct quote but to that effect)
They installed panels on the home but for whatever reasons they haven’t filed the paperwork with my utility. It’s been 5 weeks off of me calling to check in and the person handling paperwork is conveniently in a meeting or unavailable. What a joke of a company, I’d avoid them at all costs. Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Hopefully someone from the company reads this.Coming up to 5 months without a working solar system. Thanks for the roof candy Trinity!
