Great wellness studio with amazing services! Thus far, I have tried the cryofacial as well as the red light therapy bed and both have been wonderful. Red light therapy has so many incredible benefits (anti-aging., wound healing, discoloration repair, pain reduction, etc) and after several sessions, I have seen so many improvements. The cryofacial was a great experience as well. I have never had cryotherapy so I was a bit apprehensive to try it, but so glad I did as it left my face less puffy and so refreshed. The cool mist was so relaxing with zero pain/discomfort. I will definitely continue red light therapy and cryotherapy to continue enjoying all of the aforementioned... read full review

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My oldest son plays numerous sports. He is having growing pains and last year had a hip avulsion. I've heard great things about cryotherapy and after researching about it I felt safe bringing him for the treatment. Zach helped book the appointment for us and walked us through every step. He was so kind and thorough. He stayed with us the entire time of the treatment. He explained to my son the timer and how he felt during his treatments and what to be aware of. Zach was not only kind and helpful to my older son but he included my youngest son and gave him a tour of the beautiful building explaining all the treatment rooms.... read full review
