My technician was kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She listened to what I wanted and guided me toward a more natural look that fit me really well instead of just pushing the most dramatic option.
One thing I especially appreciated was how relaxing the appointment felt. A lot of beauty appointments can sometimes feel overly personal with lots of questions, but she was friendly without being intrusive, which honestly allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the experience. The front staff is always kind and helpful. My lash tech, Deanna, is the best! She’s professional, does amazing work, and always listens to my requests. I love that she’s willing to change up my lash look and really understands what I want.
