Any negative reviews you read are from old staff that are no longer with the company or bitter “karens” who are intimidated by attractive fun bubbly women. Truthfully. Be your own judge of character and visit the location. Staff and management does their best to keep the standards of the salon at an A+, fix any issues in the moment and do what is RIGHT and FAIR for the customer/company. Ask for Jackie for a great bed/spray tan recommendation & don’t forget to enhance your tan with proper prepping lotions as well as after care treatments. I live at the coast now and HANDS DOWN PBT has some of the best beds and spray machines in the industry!!!“

“I just visited Chosen Esthetics for a scalp facial and WOW was I impressed. I've had scalp facials before in LA, but would have never guess that I had the best one here in Fresno. Makalya was the absolute sweetest, and I loved how she explained every single step througout the facial. My favorite part was when I was having the hair wash cycle (with the viral wash part you see on social media) and the steam was coming out. Even with it being 109° and busy the girl behind the counter (I didn't catch her name but red hair and blue eyes) was great. Told me able all the specials they were having and was just over all super kind. I've been considering closing my account or putting it on hold because the Clovis location is closed but she single handedly made me want to keep coming to the milburn location.
