At first they didn’t show up on my appointment date even though I confirm that morning if my appointment was still good so I was very unpleased because I waited 2 hours and no one showed up But after calling the company I talk to a very polite professional person on the phone and she explain their was some kind of miscommunication on their part but she book me an appointment that same day and assign us to Robert very please with our services he was on time and he was able to come out he explain everything briefly and me and my husband seen dead caca roaches that same day after a couple hours so we are very please and would highly recommend them to anyone . I just get the Service and from the beginning they’re really puntual. I hope they continued like that. Always on time. Daniel show up with his team to start the Service. They always have a smiling face explain everything what the pesticides they use and how they start and what they do and he told me for my safe I had to leave the house for 2 or 3 hours so that was, great having a break so I went shopping ?️ he give me copies of all the papers I signed and because I have a puppy ? he reminds me to make sure that Luna doesn’t licks the floor.
