I have used them multiple times and they have been great. Special call out to the admin Dianna for being flexible with the timings and taking last minute requests. While most caregivers are great but few (like Aurora, Rachel) stood out for their excellent care for our little ones.
Thank you for your professionalism, personalized attention,and effective communication, how fast and easy they took good care of my family member. The caregiver went above and beyond to ensure comfort and safety to my Aunt. I highly recommend them.
We have been extremely pleased with Synergy Home Care. Synergy is attentive, reliable, and most of all caring. My mother has had difficulties adjusting to most nurses, but Synergy’s staff members have been able to connect with her. She no longer complains and is always looking forward to their services.
