I have been going to the same stylist for almost 2 years now, and she is absolutely amazing!! If I could give her 10 stars, I totally would. My haircut is always perfect, and the salon is always clean and temperature controlled. Out of ALL of the walk-in based/quick-cut salons in Fresno, this one is by far, the best!! Every single one of the stylists are wonderful, and the customer service is always top notch. The Supercuts app is also a game changer, because you can pre-schedule your appointment, easily and quickly. Honestly the waiting area floor looks burnt. Also couldn't sit in certain places because the seat covering is too torn. The music was medium-fast paced, with a pleasant channel and perfect volume. Today I noticed a hair stylist engaging conversation but made the huge mistake of repeatedly stopping the cut to express her experience on the subject. No stylist in my 51 year past has understood me or cut my hair like Naomi. She understands the conversation rule and knows how to read people accordingly. I can't give her enough kudos. I hope she stays. Thank you

My stylist today was Jennifer. . She’s someone that has natural talent in her profession. Even when the client (me) can’t make sense explaining what I want, she makes sure to ask questions and gives several options to you so you can decide. Really enjoyed my visit today.
