They also show honesty and integrity, as shown in their assistance in getting a customer out of a unfair contract with another company and providing a better deal. The staff is helpful and able to communicate effectively with customers, even accommodating language barriers. Customers have had positive experiences with their solar panels, resulting in $0 payments to PG&E. Overall, Stellar Solar, Inc. is a trustworthy company that values their customers and provides high-quality service.
Orlando is amazing to work with. You won’t find a kinder, more genuine, or more willing-to-help individual. He’s responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported and informed. Highly recommend reaching out to him — people like Orlando are rare.
I called Stellar Solar and talked with Orlando about a panel showing no production . I asked for his help in finding someone to resolve the issue. Even though Stellar Solar did not install my system, Orlando offered to make calls to the manufacturer of my system and requested that diagnostics be run to find the issue. A new optimizer is on the way and Orlando will arrange for its installation when it arrives.
Wow, I did not expect this treatment. Orlando went above and beyond my expectations and I really appreciate it.

In 2020, we were paying around $600-$700 a month. This was not sustainable and we contacted Alex Bowser as he was the only one we knew in the solar industry.
He explained how everything works, no money down and a fixed rate.
Since 2020, we have been paying a fixed rate $225 and we SHOULD be paying $800+.
