Came here to get my babies ears pierced (a friend recommended them because they did her daughters ears) the sweetest most caring and gentle group of ladies helped us . Hands down will bring my second daughter here as well . Thank you spectrum !!!
I rarely ever have to wait long for my appointment. I'm comfortable calling and asking a question and never feel like a bother. The PAs remember our familiar and definitely gives it that extra touch. I never feel rushed and am comfortable asking questions. If I'm concerned about something, they don't hesitate to send a referral out. We've been seeing Dr. Thampy and her staff for 11 years now, and are pretty happy there.
Highly recommend Dr. Anila Thampy, very professional sweet and pays attention to detail. This procedure was completely painless, I also had Botox and was pain free as well. Angie is super sweet and made me feel very comfortable throughout my procedure.
