Very happy with my visit today. Dr. Shinkawa is very thorough, kind and patient as well as his assistant that was working on me. Front desk is very helpful and friendly as well. They have created a welcoming, relaxing, professional as well as comfortable environment. I'm excited for my next visit!

There is a reason why this Dental Clinic is 5 stars. The service is exceptional. I am a new patient here at this office and first heard about them when I participated in a giveaway. I figured it's time for my teeth to get checked up and wanted to support a local business. Upon entry, the lobby is very spacious and welcoming. I was greeted and was briefed on what my insurance covered. Though this practice is out-of-network for my insurance I still wanted to come and be seen here because I heard great things. The quality of care is amazing here. Hats off to Trinity who was so encouraging all the way through when doing x-rays on my teeth. She was so gentle and sweet. I really felt comfortable with her. She is the example of great customer service and care. They also do a 3D scan of your teeth which is super cool to see. - I was seen my Dr. Nicole and she was so efficient with working with my teeth. As she cleaned my teeth, there was little to no discomfort. She was thorough with her cleaning and gentle with me. I did not even have to take a break! She was amazing! I was given a toothpaste to strengthen my sensitive teeth! I can't wait to use it. Thank you Dr. Nicole 10/10 on my visit, I was satisfied with my care.
