I would NOT recommend ServiceMaster Advanced to anyone needing water damage-related cleanup & repair, water removal, or any type of restoration repairs! Overpriced, underperforming, cuts corners, unorganized. The list goes on. They are not open every day. Maybe to answer a phone call, but their work days for whatever job is Monday to Friday. Ethical is definitely not a core value.

I do not know what part of theirs business is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. I've only had experience with their cleaning and construction departments, which only work five days a week. If you have an emergency, then this company is terribly slow. Additionally, their overall cost is horrendously high compared to smaller businesses that you might as well use the little guy for the same amount of work and same or better quality. When you need to ask them anything, or request for something to be done, they will take their sweet time to respond.
