Our families experience from start to finish was great. Mary explained everything to us with great detail. Going in there we were kind of lost because we didn't even know where to start. But the way she explained everything to us and our options were of great help. Everyone was very welcoming and understanding. Thank you for everything.

My family has used Serenity twice now and both times Mary assisted and was so pleasant to work with. She answered all of our questions and had reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend!

Everything about Serenity was so kind & gentle. They are family owned & operated and it shows. They picked up my father in law from the house after in-home hospice. The drivers were very professional even at 3:00 in the morning. When making the arrangements for cremation they were compassionate & made a tough time bearable. I appreciate that they kept our limited finances in mind & did not try to upsell us. She presented the options available & didn't make us feel bad when we chose the least expensive. It would be very easy to prey on people & use guilt. (I had that happen elsewhere with another family member). I can't say enough great things about Serenity.
