I really like this store. Always a pleasant experience. The cashier who rang me up (long, dark, curly hair, great smile) on July 5 at 12:50 pm was amazing. Perfect customer service. She was nice, helpful, and genuine. I left smiling because of the interaction with her. Also, the day before, I also went in and right when we walked in, an employee informed me of a deal, which was helpful. Because of that, I saved $10 the next day on something I wanted.

Serenity helped me choose the best products for my skin type but Ashley gave outstanding customer service & helped me thoroughly thru out my entire experience. I told her of my needs and she recommended the best sunscreen and products for my skin type & made me feel comfortable. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Shout out to Ashley :) she deserves a raise!

I recently visited Sephora at fashion fair for a “Beauty lesson” with Daysha. She color-matched me for a foundation that fits my complexion better. She did an AMAZING makeup look and I left extremely happy. Daysha is an excellent makeup artist and I will definitely be going back. She also show me how to prep my skin for longer lasting makeup. All the staff was very nice and helpful.
