I spoke to Simon and he was very honest with me about my options. He spoke with me about options they don't offer here and we spoke for a long time. This is the longest conversation I've had with someone that WASN'T trying to sell me anything. He genuinely just wanted to give me advice that I would need. I never leave reviews, but I had to speak up about the level of care and customer service I received here
Overall 5 out 5 stars and I’d give Simon more if I could. Talk about a genuine guy with a passion for his craft to make you look the best looking version of yourself when you are lacking in the hair department. I had a thinning issue at the crown and throughout, it was becoming like the Sahara up there, but Simon came through and breathed new life into my hair giving it a thicker appearance that others have noticed and complemented me on. If you are doing your research about SMP, look no further because this is your guy.
