My wife and I used Mr Scheidt for an inspection of a new home in Kingsburg and despite the builder telling us we didn’t not need a home inspection I am glad we did. Mr Scheidt was professional, thorough, and found stuff we would have never noticed. His report was very well written and was given to us a day after the inspection. I am glad I hired him and would do it again for any future homes
