Rude office staff including office manger. Staff that answers phones are not trained and are unable to answer simple questions. If that is how the office staff is I can’t imagine the care that is given.

I am thrilled with the professionalism and courtesy at Sammarian medical group - the front desk and nurses- very helpful, patient - Gaby and Donna are kind and very efficient - Dr Samms expertise and clarity is exactly what I want from my doctor. I'm really happy to find this talented team - thank you!

Went in for my partners appointment at a specific time. Was told, "two people are ahead of you". Why make an appointment for a specific time then? While waiting, two people were indeed called back before my partner. But then suddenly, another person is called before my partner. So, then it was actually three people apparently ahead of us versus two. Waited for almost an HOUR before my partner was taken back. It's been almost ANOTHER HOUR since they went back there, and my partner still hasn't seen a doctor. Just kind of ridiculous to have specific times for appointments when people are just seen whenever the doctor wants I guess?
