I called my insurance to set up a tow, and they dispatch Safe Towing, I am very satisfied with their service, their hard work, they showed up on time and took my car to the dealer. The only bad thing about requesting a service is the insurance that’s taking long to dispatch, a tow company I guess that’s where people are getting confused on weight for such a long time. As far as the tow company showing up being professional, very nice people I am very satisfied with the service. Thank you all for your hard work and effort helping people off the road. Tonight I was in a tough situation with my car and my breaks. Safe Towing came to my rescue and I couldn’t be more happier. The dispatch lady informed me every step of the way of the estimated time of arrival and followed through with that timeline. She was the sweetest! Not only that my insurance didn’t inform them I needed a flat bed for the tow and they said no problem. He went to the yard and switched to the flat bed to assist me. My driver Brandon was awesome! He was very kind and attentive to what I needed to get my car home safely. I feel blessed to of crossed paths with this company! I highly recommend their service for all your towing needs.
I've used this type company quite a few times. He showed up quick and unlocked my car, no scratches or anything. I also used him for a tow and have referred him to a few friends. Great service and takes pride on his work. I highly recommend this company.SAFE TOWING
