Michael provided excellent service from start to finish. He was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and was very professional and respectful. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciated his great customer service and would definitely recommend Michael and Roto-Rooter!
They are fast, courteous, and I was very happy they were at my house within an hour so no waiting all day for them. Loreto answered my call and sent Abraham out to fix the problem. I was cleaning the toilet with a scouring pad type attachment, and the toilet sucked it down which made my toilet clog. He fixed the issue now I am able to use that bathroom again!
I gave it a four star only cause it seems pretty pricey for fixing the copper pipe and installing a toilet but that being said it was a Saturday night so I expected it to be a higher price. Now I give Jonathan five stars!⭐ He’s awesome. He showed up got to work. Very friendly, knowledgeable and made it look so simple and he did it while working in our hot house with no A/C!
Thanks Jonathan.
