I just want to say that my call wound up being a courtesy call. I thought they were gonna say, well Tamara, it's gonna be that dreaded cost, nope he said, let me see if I can unscrew the rest of the sprinkler head off and sure enough he did. He even advised me as to what sprinkler head I should get besides the one I currently have. I agreed. He was very courteous and good customer service all around.
