I have lived in a Regency property for 5 years now and I have always received great service from Amanda Santana and Jose the maintenance man. I live in an area where there's dealers and druggies across the street and Regency is trying to clean this complex up. * Update* March 2026 I have just moved into a nice 2bd rm duplex with Regency and I couldn't have done it without Amanda Santa's help. My son and I moved into a quiet duplex and couldn't be happier. Amanda goes above and beyond to take care of her residents.
