I was referred to R&G for a niche service (I am a WFH employee starting a new, out-of-state job, and needed an immigration consultant to fill out my I-9 form in accordance with new state laws). I have been to other tax companies, and this has been the best place i can set myself and my business for. We as consumers don't understand a lot of details to tax questions and even about our returns but I really didn't have to ask a lot of questions due to many being answered right off the back. Roxanna focuses on all tax situations regarding your state, but also has time to explain in detail other questions if needed. She goes out of her way to make sure you understand. Remember that she has appt for business 101, set up llc, etc, you will need to make appt online for some appt. She does accept Walkins but i suggest appt. 100% recommend her and i am very transparent and upfront, but YES.... she's great and her team as well. She also has a lot of experience. Spanish speaking and English. Don't be afraid to ask her about your refunds because she also ready knows you're going to ask about getting the best possible.
