Dan was incredibly accommodating. When I called to book my service, I told Dan that I would need the carpet cleaned in two bedrooms and the hallway tile sealed & cleaned. After reassessing my own needs, I asked Dan if he “had time” to also clean and seal the tile in two bathrooms, the entry way tile, tile in front of the back door as well as the tile that lined the living room. I’ve never had my carpets or tile cleaned, so I didn’t know how much extra time I would need. At the time, I didn’t know how many more hours and the effort this would add to my service. We are very happy with how beautiful our carpet turned out. Ryan was able to get old spots out. He was knowledgeable about carpet care. I recommend Quality carpet and will call them again.

Ryan came and cleaned my carpet, which had been overdue for cleaning after rescuing 2 new dogs to add to my already one. Carpets looked dull and drab. After Ryan left they look like new! He was helpful, informative and quick! 3 rooms in 45mins! I had also scheduled my mother's home an appointment right after ours and the rug looks like new. We enjoyed the service and will be using Quality Floor Care again. A+ very affordable for good honest service. Thanks Ryan!
