I went in for eyebrow waxing. The service was extremely slow. I know Ivy gets very busy. I waited over an hour & a half. Had I been told upfront the wait time, I could have left & come back. That's why I gave them 3 starsHowever I give Ivy 5 stars!! She does a great job every time.

The salon is always clean and friendly. They are extremely busy so dont forget to make an appointment, I'm guessing because their work is incredible and they do not rush any client. Andy is very kind and a perfectionist when it comes to his nail work. Cindy gives the best and cleanest pedicures. Ivy can do wonders with her eyebrow waxing, she is quiet and focused on doing the best job she can so do not expect conversation, but do expect to look bomb when she's done.After living in fresno for my entire life and trying many salons, I would say Pro nails is my number 1 choice.Services: Pedicure
