At Apex Tool and Die, we have an "Old-time hot water heater" in the Shop, but at the residence, we have a Takagi Tankless Hot water heater. The poor wife had to go down to the Shop to shower while the tankless was broken. Both Terry and Martin are brilliant diagnosticians, and had my wife showering back at home in a short period of time.
