I can’t say enough good things about Paragon Granite and the staff. They walked us through every step placing confidence in us, that we had chosen the right company to put our Quartzite counters in our kitchen. The gals in the front are so knowledgeable and they know their boss to a “T”. Everything happened in a timely fashion and when I called (which I did?) all my questions were answered plus I was encouraged each time. Jeff is a fantastic person/boss. Turnaround time was longer than expected. The office staff wasn't proactive in communicating with me next steps etc. I found myself having to call to get the next phases rolling every time. This was my first time having to install granite in my home and was unaware of the process. You now have quite a bit of my slab after installment, and I was not aware or communicated that I would have to request for the installers to bring the ruminants to my home when installation happened. Now I am needing to figure out how to get that self-delivered to my home.Installers were great the end product looks great, I would've appreciated more communication from office staff.

Excellent! Great folks at Paragon Granite. The work was amazing, and we are more than happy with the final outcome of the project. We can very easily recommend Paragon to anyone looking for this type of work anywhere.
