When they came to collect my mother from her home, they were professional, soft spoken and caring. They did it with respect and did a beautiful preparation for the removal. Her hair was combed. They placed a velvet blanket on her, all edges tucked. She was comfortable. She looked like she was in a peaceful sleep. As we walked backed in our home, they left her bed made with a rose in her pillow.
So beautiful. So well done. Amazing. I was at peace knowing that they will take care of her.

From beginning to end, Kristie and her staff were so compassionate during our difficult time. Kristie went above and beyond and handled all the details even when we were having a hard time grieving. Communication through the process was reassuring. Last but not least, her staff the day of the service went above and beyond as well. Ray who drove the hearse carrying my dad as he was entering the cemetery, seen me walking towards the burial spot and asked me if I wanted to take the ride to the burial spot, and Ray gave me such a special gift, to ride with my dad one final time.
