Beautiful tan and friendly staff! From the manager to the front desk girls. All know their products and the tanning lifestyle! Have been tanning since 2020 at PBT! Any negative reviews you read are from old staff that are no longer with the company or bitter “karens” who are intimidated by attractive fun bubbly women. Truthfully. Be your own judge of character and visit the location. Staff and management does their best to keep the standards of the salon at an A+, fix any issues in the moment and do what is RIGHT and FAIR for the customer/company. Jackie, Hanna and Sergio are very Friendly, Helpful and knowledgeable. Been to many Tanning Solons and by far Palm Beach Tans (PARK CROSSING) and its Staff are the best. They are always there to greet, assist and to inquire how my tanning went and wish me a good day as I leave. Douger B
This is hands down the best tanning salon I’ve been to in Fresno!!! The manager Jackie is so nice and always greets customers by first name. The facility is so clean and she makes sure it smells amazing every day. I usually never have a wait and can get in right away and the location is perfect right next to Trader Joe’s, Heirloom and Annesso’s!
