Took my daughter to the dentist and I always went with her inside even when they took her x-rays. All of a sudden the staff was like no you can’t come in. I told her she’s underage and she’s going to cry. She still said no with a rude face. So I said “okay give it a try”. Not even 5 mins they called me back inside ?. I told her “I told you” and she smiled. So unprofessional. I miss the old staff.

Run!!! The dental assistants I delt with both visits where rude, talked very badly to you and were all around unprofessional. They couldn't take X-rays right so I was constantly being gagged and stabbed to take the X-rays 5 to 6 times on each one. Was there because my regular dentist couldn't do my root canal because I have an extra canal. Well after waiting 4 months for the approval they sent in I went and after an hour of treatment they said ok we are not finishing I asked why she rudely responded I'll tell you and just walked off. Waited in the chair for 8 min with nobody telling me what was going on or why they weren't finishing. Turns out... read full review

TERRIBLE TREATMENT. Too bad I can't leave 0 stars. I just went in for an appointment today for myself and my daughter. Wish I would have gotten the name of the girl doing the trays, she chocked my daughter while pushing the protection pad down that goes on your chest. Very rude, and didn't answer any of my questions. Unprofessional service. Won't be back.
