Greg was awesome! He's very friendly and the communication was great. Same day response and he came out to help on the same day. He helped me resolve my issue fast with no problems. Quick service & very trustworthy. I highly recommend anyone who needs tech help!

Bring minimally proficient at things technical myself, I needed expertise ASAP to deal with my printer and door alarms. Netricks and a Greg to the rescue! The printer was done in a flash. The alarms took a bit more patience and persistence - qualities Greg has in abundance - but it’s all up and running and I am so happy! I highly recommend Netricks for all tech needs - 5 star service!

Netricks was referred to us from a business associate and so we decided to give em a chance. They were timely and cooperative, easygoing and flexible. That comes from a company that changes their mind a lot. The Netricks rep showed a lot of patience. All and all they were solid, finished installing our new network server, router switch, ram cable and setup the office computers too. I highly recommend Netricks.
