Called for duct work consultation on Saturday and had the job finished by Monday. Vincent, the advisor over the phone was very thorough and took an hour to explain the different options. We chose the basic plan in the end due to the price. Even after discount, it was still $20,000. The crew came in 2 days and complete the work after 6 hours. Quick and efficient.

My tech was Michael, he was very communicative and knowledgeable of the issues that were arising with my AC. He was very tentative and helpful in the explanations of the work that needs to be possibly done. Overall Michael customer service was a 10 out of 10
