I've tried going to this nail shop over the years & I've always made an appointment. Despite this & regardless if I book with specific technicians or indicate "first available," I wait an average of 20-30 minutes for my appointment. I always try to give the staff grace (I know I'm not the only customer) & I leave a good tip, but it hasn't changed. Most of the staff are nice & I'm usually happy with the service. If you decide to go, don't plan for anything afterwards....

Nice, calming atmosphere. The staff is very kind/ friendly, and it felt like being with family. I made an appointment the night before for 9a. I was running late so I called on my way and they were very chill, not rude like some other salons can be. My tech was a bit chatty for my liking but, hey, you gotta make work work for you amiright? Thanks!

First timer! I had a blast. Mimi is sweet and hilarious. Yen did my toes and she did an amazing job. Yen is also very sweet! Before I left they hugged me. It was honestly the best experience I've had in all of Fresno/Clovis getting my nails done. Thank you so much!
