I am so grateful to Michael & Company for all their help these past 2 years. Bassim helped me with the acquisition of my dental practice, which was not straight forward. He gave me a unique strategy that ended up giving me the upper hand during negotiations. His associates are very responsive and thorough, always a ready resource I know I have for any questions, which is so important as a new business owner. I cannot recommend them enough!
I have had multiple phone conferences with Mr. Michael and found him to be an excellent communicator. Mr. Michael has researched and answered complex accounting questions in timely and thorough manner. I am very satisfied with Michael and Co. CPA's.
Bassim is very patient, organized and efficient. After meeting with him, he had numbers back to us within a very short time. He even called us on a Saturday to give us good news about our return. I would highly recommended him and his company.
