My family we walked in and was immediately helped by Joaquin. He was patient and helped answer all of our questions. Since it was my first time doing something like this, I wasnt sure what to expect. Joaquin was very helpful with giving us ideas on how to create a headstone for my dad. He allowed us to take our time and never once rushed us in the process. He was very skilled in his work. His creativity and artistry showed true when our Father's headstone came to life.
