Worst nail salon experience I’ve had. My nails looked sloppy and uneven, and the work started chipping almost immediately. The service felt rushed, and the staff seemed uninterested in fixing any issues. I spent money expecting quality and left completely disappointed. I would not recommend this salon.
I went here (in MarketPlace @ El Paseo) because I thought it was V-Tech Nails (seemed like the same location) so I thought maybe it changed owners. NOPE I was in the wrong place apparently. Which is fine, I'm not picky. Except this was the worst. The owner did me herself. My nails were clean, long and natural - all I wanted was for her to do my cuticles and give me clear dip. I told her specifically do not drill my nails. First thing she does is drill my nails. Didn't clean or soak my cuticles AT ALL. Just drilled. I'm almost 100% sure she used Acrylic on me instead of clear dip - she didn't dip my nails in anything - instead mixing what looked like acrylic....read full review
They are worse in shaping nails and very poor service i went for pedicure and manicure and for pedicure she ruin my nails shape ( big tor nail shape different than other and second toe she almost chopped off whole nail than other feet compare my both feet )when i refuse manicure while she was in middle of cuticle and i ask her to shape my toe nails equal like other instead of shapping she start arguing over manicure service
Listen business owner if you have right to refuse service we have right to refuse your service too and she charge me full on manicure service when she just cut the cuticles only cuticles nothing else’s
