As 1st time patient making an appointment via rext was easy,check in was fast. The appointment was on time. Everything was explained thoroughly. In-house pharmacy. Found my new dermatologist.

Clean office, and very fast paced, however I feel like there is a lack of communication. I feel like they think you should already know they have a prescription center there and where to go pick it up? It was my first time picking up a prescription at the office and when I got checked out I simply asked the coordinator, “oh by the way I’m getting some prescriptions too right?” Her response was yes. She scheduled my follow-up appointment and I left. I was confused and I should have asked more into details but the coordinator seemed very short with her answers so I didn’t want to take up any more of her time. I have been going to Macias dermatology for five years. My PA—Stephen— is personable, patient, knowledgeable—he truly takes the time to listen to my concerns and offer help. He is thorough and never seems rushed. The front office staff, either on the phone or in person, or always courteous, pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. When calling, my wait time is always very quick. It is refreshing to have a doctor’s office with a welcoming and helpful atmosphere throughout.
