This review is based on a pest inspection only. David of Better Pest Control was professional and upfront. He called and asked if he could show up a few minutes early which I was ok with. Inspection was done in a timely manner. Now, the business office could use some updating with their customer service as far as limiting their mistakes which in turn, could cost them clients. Problem was solved quickly so I am okay with the process. Unable to comment on pest exterminating services from BPC as I have yet to use them.

September of last year, my family sold my dads house, and the realtor contacted Better Pest Control to do the inspection. Now 7 months later I get a call from the bookkeeper stating the agent never paid the inspection bill. I asked for a copy of the bill, of which she sent to me, it was made out the the realtor not me. I'm not responsible for the bill yet she continues to send me emails, wanting payment. I'm not a happy camper. If you want to deal with billing issues this place is the place!

This company is a better pest control. They'll not get rid of your pests and would like you to sign a contract to come out monthly so they can keep you as a life long customer and generate income off of you. I would give them a star rating of 0 if I could. Avoid this place if you can. Worst decision for pest control ever and a waste of time and money. I called this place and the lady on the phone suckered me in to giving them a shot. I just needed a one time treatment and she was making it sound like I had a super deal of $80. She also said that there was a 90 warranty and they would come back after 2 weeks if there were still pests. Don't listen to her, NO!!!... read full review
