We appreciate legacy inspections services and our home inspector Neil. Our home inspection uncovered issues we couldn’t have known about and helped put together a full picture of the purchase we are about to make. Neil took his time, and made every effort to reach every nook and cranny, and investigated top to bottom. Neil Richardson inspected our home before purchasing, and we were very pleased with his services. He made himself available within a couple days, performed an in-depth inspection within a couple hours, and then walked us through explaining each detail. From minor, cosmetic type of items all the way to hazardous concerns. He answered all our questions (we had many as first time homebuyers) and provided a full report with photos and explanations per each item.His findings helped us get the furnace replaced before closing and also gave us plenty of recommendations for things to update after move-in.
