This company is a fraud. They have defrauded countless customers. Fresno Police have been informed and reports are being taken. If you have been defrauded by this company contact the Freson Police.

I am just one in many people who have been taken advantage of by this company. Please look at the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website and YELP! They are NOT NOAH certified. NOAH (National Organization of Alternative Housing) had to drop them because of their poor building standards.

I gave the owner, on 6/16/2023, $18,700 for down payment and design plans. As of this date, 3/14/2024 all I have is partial plans. I have tried many times to make an appointment to sit down and finish plans, even tried via email but have been given excuses or delayed responses. Planning a custom build takes time & consistency. I have worked on a KJE tiny home. They used speaker sized wire to splice inside of walls to go to light fixtures. Buried the wire caps in the wall. Illegal plain and simple. They connected exterior GFCI’s to lighting circuits, put the microwave on a shared circuit. Again not legal. All exterior trim was interior cheaper pre primed trim that began to fail in 6 months, twisted and pealed within a year. Client paid for upgraded roof deck, the first rain destroys the interior ceiling. He had no clue how to flash a roof.
