Kaiser provides the best care I’ve ever had in my 57 years. The providers communicate with each other as all my info is accessible to my providers. They tend to all aspects of health and healthy living.

Who in their right mind would authorize for a knee brace to be fitted but not authorize it to bring home & wear it?? Kaiser who does everything in a 10 step process , in the meantime I the patient suffers!! Thank you?‍♀️

Everything about Kaiser is against what I believe in when it comes to medical, but with that said, they have been nothing but professional and helpful with my children's medical services. I want free choice of Dr's and where I go, and that is not kaiser. But most Dr's I have dealt with in the kaiser system are very good.
