JIT is efficient, I've been doing business with JIT for over a year now. 0 complaints.JIT technicians are experts at their craft. Whenever I run into anything out of my skill level I know Adam or Victoria at JIT will have the solutions ready to go.JIT is prompt, and professional. I've never had to call back requesting a status for anything I've asked them to work on, it just gets done.Overall JIT is top notch and anyone who has done business with them will see that. Adam helped me this time, and Victoria has helped me before, but Adam was GREAT!! He was so friendly and very patient as I was not familiar with a fair amount of things mentioned while he was getting me set up. He was very personable and I couldn't be more pleased with how timely, professionally, and happily my issue was taken care of. 10/10 service.

JIT has been remotely monitoring our system for as long as I have been an employee here. Anything from web design to retrieving backup files to troubleshooting our PC's and virtual network. Also, they set up our private domain and it is has been perfect. I handle IT, and if I ever have any problems, I email or call and usually the problem is fixed immediately, and they have a very competent staff. They save me a lot of time so that I can get my own work done and not worry about each employee's computer. (There's always something)
