Very professional, helped me hang a big mirror for my wife which I threw on him after he was already here. Jay made sure everything was square and level over and over. We had a leaking garbage disposal. We had an appointment set up with jay for 11o'clock but he showed up 10am. Showed me where the disposal was leaking from, and replaced in 30 minutes. Jay had a courteous and professional attitude. We have another little repair, and we will utilize Jay for that.
