Javi is very professional and thorough in his work. He made sure to go over my history on my first appointment and we discussed the goal/ outcome I was looking for from massages. I have some prior injuries and sensitive areas that can cause a lot of pain, so he was really good about working those areas out for me and took special care if it was too painful. He recommended some ways I could stretch out the sensitive areas at home as well.
He was able to tell me afterwards where he felt the muscles needed extra work and that it was probably related to my daily posture from work (desk job).
