Alex came several days earlier than my originally scheduled service date, which was greatly appreciated since my AC wasn’t working and the weather is over 100 degrees right now. He asked what my AC concerns were and then got straight to work. About 30 minutes later he said my AC was all fixed!!! My condenser motor was bad and he was able to diagnose & fix the issue in one appointment! He showed me pictures of the bad part he removed and pictures of the unit placed back together. He was courteous, fast & efficient. Great Company ran by great people! Came out and Fixed my Home A/C in the middle of a 116 temp SUNDAY. I have 2 Toddlers of my own and my 4 of my young nieces and 1 nephew visiting for a summer vacation when my AC went out, it was a miserable night , but the owner Dave responded first thing in the morning. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will be a customer for life!
